as a management tool and resource for the
Board and Owners of Stratford Ponds.

Most of this site is password protected and can
be accessed only by unit owners who have
signed up to utilize this service.

This page will provide some information for
prospective buyers who are interested in our
community.  For more detailed information on
units available for sale, please contact a local
realtor.

Stratford Ponds is a condominium community
of 75 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds,
ponds, and walking trails.  This community of 152
residences was built in several phases over a
14-year period.

The original phase was built by Edgarton Homes
from 1988 - 1992 and includes a charming Village
Green, gaezbo with clock tower and antique
British phone booth. 

The final phase was completed by Northland
Residential in 2002.

The Stratford Ponds Condominium Association is
governed by an elected Board of seven Trustees. 
The Board members are very active participants
in the Association's operations and are assisted
by a professional off-site Management Company
and an On-Site property Maintenance Manager.

The Board has representatives that coordinate
Building & Grounds operations, Architectural
Changes, Communications, and the
Recreational Facilities.  Monthly Board Meetings
are generally held on the third Thursday of each
month and are open to all owners.

Amenities include an outdoor heated pool,
tennis courts, and the Pond house complete
with kitchen facilities, bathrooms, shower, and
informal community library.  The Ponds House
may be rented for private functions.

Stratford Ponds Owners enjoy a close community
of neighbors.  There is an active Women's Club
and the Community hosts an annual Fourth of
July Celebration on the Village Green.
